Homestead Market Value Exclusion

At the 12/1 Council meeting, a question and discussion ensued around the "homestead exclusion and calculation" and the County provided a link to the MN DOR page providing definition, calculation and examples. Additional links on the page explain how to qualify and apply for the homestead exclusion as well as property tax deferral for senior citizens.
