City of Blue Earth

Fire Department

The Blue Earth Fire Department has been proudly serving the community since its founding in 1891. Currently consisting of 30 volunteer members, the department is prepared to serve both inside the city as well as surrounding rural areas.

The Blue Earth Fire and Rescue Department is currently accepting applications for the position of Firefighter. The applicant will need to pass a written exam, physical test and drug test.
