Community & Senior Center

The Blue Earth Community & Senior Center is located in the heart of Downtown Blue Earth, 118 W 7th Street, where friends gather. The Community & Senior Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Regular events happen throughout the year, and the center is available for special event rentals on Saturday or Sunday each weekend (one event rental per weekend).

Event Calendar

Senior Dining

Monday-Friday at noon
Meals must be reserved before 8:45 A.M. on the day of the meal by calling 526.3850. Senior Dining offers a warm and caring atmosphere with a chance to socialize with other seniors while enjoying a hot, well-balanced, midday meal provided by St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center. Meal service is available to anyone aged 55 and older. The spouse of an eligible diner may participate, regardless of age. The price for a meal is $4.00 which is payable daily, weekly or monthly. Birthdays and special events are celebrated at the noon meal and there are also guest speakers and informational programs.

Second and last Thursday of every month
Appointments are required. Please call 526.3850 to make your appointment.

Cribbage on Tuesdays
