The following is declared to be a nuisance affecting public peace and safety. Subd. 1 Snow and Ice Removal. All snow and ice not removed from public sidewalks twenty-four (24) hours, exclusive of Saturday, Sundays or Legal Holidays, after the snow or other precipitation causing the condition has ceased to fall.
